| | JULY 20244The resurgence of N Chandrababu Naidu, the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, has been one of the most flaring headlines ever since the Loksabha Elections in India. Naidu assuming the ndhra Prad sana Sabha once again also means making his dream of making Amravati as good as or even better than Hyderabad. Hence, it is no wonder that one of his first announcements after taking charge was reiterating his commitment to the redevelopment of Amaravati. He emphasized his determination to overcome all obstacles, including those of a legal nature. In conjunction with the release of a white paper on the subject, Naidu articulated his strategy to reestablish investor trust as a precursor to the capital's construction.Furthermore, he conveyed his intention to present a detailed proposal to the Central Government, wherein his part holds significant power. He outlined his vision for Amaravati's reconstruction and affirmed his resolve to adhere to a strict timeline for the project's fruition. Naidu said, "We will work on the existing master plan but add more elements to it." Recently, Singapore presented three master plans for the capital city, housing a total of nine regions, including a government city, health city, finance city, sports city, electronics city, justice city, tourism city and knowledge city. Notably, the IT and tourism sectors are expected to grow the most. Experts anticipate that the Naidu government's immediate priority will be to develop facilities to support the migration of government employees and their families.
