I'm a science and law graduate along with MBA in marketing and sales degree. I was into Mar-ket Research Organization (MRO), Knowledge Process Outsourcing (KPO), Human Resource Out-sourcing (HRO), Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), and more during the commencement of my career with IBM (Year-2006) as a Tech Support before getting pro-moted to Quality Lead. During that time Six Sigma was boom-ing significantly, like any other enthusiastic graduate, I went for Yellow Belt Six Sigma training/certification & completed projects while working for IBM, and fur-ther enrolled for Six Sigma Black Belt from the Indian Statistical In-stitute (ISI). Soon I joined Salesify (known As Ziff Davis) I happened to work for multiple departments from Operations, Quality, Deliv-ery, Account Management, Sales as an Operations Director, Ac-count Director and Sales Director, I successfully handled Salesify's Philippines Center from (Year 2014 2018) & came back to India and managed 22 critical accounts for Salesify. But later, things soon took a drastic U-turn as Salesi-fy acquired Demand Shore and merged with entire management from the acquired company took over and lay off started, Indirectly or Directly, I too was the victim. Later, I worked as an Independ-ent Contractor & I managed to rise above everything and laid the foundation of Melbarr ITES. Growing exponentially, it has been our second year since then and we have already formed a second company before we could complete one year. Kindly throw some light on the inception story of Melbarr ITES and how has been its journey so far?It's no more a secret the pandemic is posing unprecedented chal-lenges to businesses of all shapes and sizes. For startups in the most vulnerable stage of their develop-ment, however, it is an existential crisis -- and one that may prove to have significant ramifications on the economy and job market for many years to come. Combined, huge shifts in B2B consumer be-havior and buying power and of-fice shutdowns, no in-person meetings, seminars, roadshows have forced companies across the globe into an "adapt or get lost" situation, with survival depending on the rapid embrace of digital technologies. However, Melbarr's ecosystem has been continuously striving to adapt to the present situation as flexibly as possible, by focusing on the need to innovate and diversify our business tech-niques and its operations.What were the challenges faced by Melbarr ITES in the initial days of establishment? How did you overcome those challenges to be a recog-nized name in this industry? We officially started the company around the 27th of Feb 2020 and prior to that, the basic ground-work was done. Building every-thing from scratch and I paid de-tailed attention to everything as I could, starting from the CCTVs, interior design, workplace acces-sories, and so on. I wanted to cre-ate a distinctive environment for my employees that will motivate and encourage them to perform. But the Covid struck us in the worst possible manner as I had made a couple of visits to meet our clients abroad. Soon things started to fall in place as we got support from everybody includ-ing our clients and my family.
