It was my first exposure to rigorous academic concepts of Marketing as an important and strategic business function. At CMO training, curriculum and faculty were deeply attuned to the realities of today's dynamic marketing landscape. Marketing is evolving rapidly, with digital media taking center stage and encompassing everything from Content Marketing to Customer Centricity and Financial Acumen. The CMO program provided a platform to understand trends in different industries from software to banking to real estate to even legal industry.What has been your greatest achievement till date?Madhusudan: One of our proudest moments to date has been our involvement in the prestigious Chandrayaan project. Within just four years of our company's existence, we were able to meet the rigorous benchmarks and successfully deliver our HPC solutions, earning a remarkable 14th position on India's CDAC listing. This achievement is a testament to our commitment to quality, innovation, and providing cutting-edge solutions that contribute to India's technological advancement. This success, along with our Microsoft, RHEL, and VMware certifications, validates our expertise in advanced technologies and showcases our commitment to excellence. This journey has also inspired our co-founders to join our mission, further strengthening our commitment to building a world-class IT infrastructure company in India.Can you describe your leadership style and the strategies you employ to guide your team?Madhusudan: I strongly believe in empowering our team members to work autonomously and leverage their expertise to the fullest. Each leader should have the freedom to implement strategies based on their own insights and knowledge, rather than being bound by a single, top-down approach. Jayarama: I believe in creating a positive and empowering work environment where every team member feels valued, motivated, and supported. My leadership style is built around leading by example. Madhu and I come from sales backgrounds, so we actively engage with next in line leaders for demonstrating how to navigate deals and build partnerships. Our goal is to cultivate the next generation of leaders within our team, empowering them to contribute to our success. What advice would you offer to aspiring leaders?Jayarama: My advice to aspiring leaders is to remember that success rarely happens in isolation. Build a robust ecosystem by forming strong partnerships and collaborations, especially in sectors like IT infrastructure where shared knowledge and resources are vital. Empower your team by trusting them to utilize their skills and knowledge to contribute to the company's success. Finally, lead by example, actively participating in all aspects of the business and demonstrating the values and behaviors you expect from your team.
