The Board of Infiniti Retail Ltd., a Tata Group company, has appointed Shibashish Roy as Chief Executive Officer (CEO), effective November 18, 2024. This decision is part of the company's succession planning process, prompted by the upcoming retirement of current Managing Director and CEO, Avijit Mitra, in March 2025. Mr. Mitra will remain on the Board as Managing Director until his retirement. Mr. Roy, who currently serves as Deputy CEO, is responsible for key areas including Store Operations, e-commerce, Marketing, Buying, Merchandising, Services, and Technology.
