Amit Midha Named Global CEO of Alat
The Board of Directors of Alat, chaired by His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Public Investment Fund (PIF), has designated Amit Midha as the new global CEO. Alat, established by PIF, focuses on spearheading sustainable manufacturing in the electronics and industrials sectors, aiming to bring technology product manufacturing to the Kingdom. Amit Midha, a seasoned global business leader, renowned for his transformative roles in various countries such as China, the US, India, and Singapore, transitions from his previous position at Dell Technologies. At Dell, he played a pivotal role in the company's substantial growth in the Asia Pacific and Japan regions, overseeing a multi-billion-dollar business spanning over 40 countries.
Midha stated, "Alat's mission is to revolutionize the global electronics and advanced industrials sectors, establishing a sustainable manufacturing hub that harnesses the Kingdom's solar, wind, and green hydrogen clean energy.
