Battery Smart Appoints Amit Bhardwaj as Chief Financial Officer
Battery Smart, a network for battery swapping in electric two- and three-wheelers, has announced the appointment of Amit Bhardwaj as its Chief Financial Officer (CFO), according to a statement.
With over two decades of experience in financial strategy, risk management, and business growth, Bhardwaj's appointment marks a pivotal step in the company's expansion as it strengthens its leadership in the electric mobility space.
He brings expertise from organizations such as Jubilant FoodWorks, Cars24, Shiprocket, and OYO.
In his new role, Bhardwaj will oversee the company’s financial strategy, drive scalable profitability, and enhance its internal controls and governance processes.

Battery Smart was co-founded in 2019 by IIT-Kanpur graduates Pulkit Khurana and Siddharth Sikka with the goal of making EV adoption simple, cost-effective, and accessible through an innovative partner-led model.
