BharatPe Appoints Nalin Negi as its New Chief Executive Officer
BharatPe, a prominent figure in India's fintech sector, has revealed the promotion of Nalin Negi to the position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Nalin, who previously served as interim CEO and CFO, played a pivotal role in driving significant growth and strategic progress across vital business sectors. Under his guidance, BharatPe witnessed an impressive 182% surge in revenue from operations during FY23 and achieved its first month of positive EBITDA in October 2023. BharatPe will now initiate a quest to fill the role of a new CFO.
Nalin Negi joined BharatPe in 2022 with over 28 years of experience in building and scaling businesses in the fintech and banking domains. His expertise lies in developing and executing strategies that capitalize on market opportunities, driving operational excellence, and fostering a culture of innovation and customer-centricity. As the CEO, he will focus to lead the company into its next phase of development, driving innovation to empower merchants across the country.
