This collaboration signifies a significant step forward in expansion efforts, with the aim of connecting with a wider audience, as stated by the company. Manoj Madhukar, CEO of The Montana Group, expressed gratitude for the opportunity to collaborate with India's iconic brand. He affirmed the team's dedication to striving for global leadership for the brand in the forthcoming years.

Bikanervala originated in 1905 as a small sweet shop located in Bikaner, Rajasthan. Over time, it diversified its offerings to encompass restaurants and snack ventures. Presently, Bikanervala operates 175 combined sweet shop and restaurant outlets across India and in various global destinations such as the UAE, the US, Singapore, New Zealand, and Nepal, as disclosed by the company.

Suresh Kumar, CEO of Bikanervala, provided details to the media regarding the current operations and forthcoming expansion strategies, both domestically and internationally. Within India, the company plans to concentrate on regions such as Punjab and Jammu and Kashmir in the North, Tamil Nadu and Karnataka in the South, and Maharashtra in the West. Internationally, the focus will be on markets like the US, Canada, Australia, and the United Kingdom, according to the company's statements.
