Bombay Dyeing Appoints Khiroda Jena as CFO & CRO

BombayBombay Dyeing and Manufacturing Company has announced the appointment of Khiroda Jena as its Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Chief Risk Officer (CRO), with effect from today. He will also serve as a Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the company.

A seasoned Chartered Accountant, Jena holds over 24 years of cross-industry experience in strategic financial management, business planning, and deal structuring. His background includes extensive expertise in real estate, where he played a pivotal role in high-value land transactions. Additionally, he has successfully led projects in business development, fundraising, project valuation, and digital transformation.

Jena is an alumnus of the Ross School of Business, Michigan University, where he completed a Group Executive Leadership Course in 2021. He brings 12 years of real estate industry experience, having previously served as CFO at Kolte-Patil Developers Ltd., where he also managed IT and SAP functions. His earlier career includes leadership roles at Tata Housing Development Company Ltd. and Welspun Energy Ltd.
