He will continue his duties as the president besides handling his new responsibilities, while Jon Clements will continue serving as the company Chairman. Tarun who joined the company in 2010 as its CFO has multi-faceted experience, having worked in numerous areas, including strategic planning, operations, technology, and finance. His pre-Clements career included over two decades in business operations roles with world-renowned organizations such as Fannie Mae, Whirlpool, Boston Consulting Group, and Ernst & Young.
