Adar Poonawalla's Cyrus Poonawalla Group has appointed Keki Mistry as an advisor to its financial services ventures. Mistry has served as HDFC's vice chairman and CEO since 2010.

Mistry joined HDFC Bank as an additional and non-executive director following the merger of HDFC and HDFC Bank, in addition to being the non-executive vice chairman of group company HDFC Ergo General Insurance Company.
