According to reports, Delhivery, a fully-integrated logistics services provider appoints Milind Sharma as Head of Rapid Commerce and D2C Brands. Milind, a serial entrepreneur with over 14 years of experience in high-growth ventures across e-commerce and quick commerce, brings a wealth of expertise to the company.

Milind was one of the original members of Delhivery when it was founded in 2012, significantly contributing to the expansion of operations to handle 100,000 daily orders while heading Business Development. He subsequently co-founded PepperTap, a hyperlocal delivery service that generated over $200 million in annual revenue.

Milind also established Nuvo Logistics, successfully growing the company to more than $10 million in revenue across over 75 cities before it was purchased by Shadowfax, where he directed growth and strategic initiatives. Most recently, he introduced Flyo, a rapid commerce platform, along with Mabel, a jewelry commerce business.

In his new position at Delhivery, Milind will concentrate on developing the Rapid Commerce service and will manage the entire product lineup for the direct-to-consumer (D2C) brand segment. He will also aim to enhance Delhivery’s same-day and next-day delivery services.

Milind Sharma says, “Rejoining Delhivery feels like a homecoming for me. This is where I started my startup journey, and I’m eager to contribute to the next phase of growth by building the Rapid Commerce service and serving the D2C Brand segment and building on Delhivery’s strong foundation alongside the team.”

Sahil Barua, Chief Executive Officer at Delhivery says, “We’re excited to welcome Milind back to Delhivery. Having been part of our early journey, he understands our DNA and what it takes to build and scale in this space."
