Deliver.sg Acquires BusyBee in SGD 500,000 Deal
Deliver.sg, a Singapore-based long-distance delivery platform and subsidiary of Maxima Logistics Pte Ltd, has completed the acquisition of BusyBee, an Indian Mobility Lifestyle Platform. Valued at SGD 500,000, this strategic transaction reinforces Deliver.sg's expansion initiatives in the Asian and Middle Eastern markets. The acquisition is poised to elevate Deliver.sg's DAAS model.
With a network comprising 1,800 delivery riders across 317 locations in South India, BusyBee anticipates substantial growth under Deliver.sg's guidance. The collaboration aims to leverage Deliver.sg's advanced technology and industry expertise, enhancing BusyBee's operational efficiency and profitability. Supported by the resources of Maxima Logistics, BusyBee is strategically targeting expansion to 1,000 locations by 2025.

Deliver.sg is extending its reach through a SGD 250,000 investment in HighRices, a startup based in Tamil Nadu, utilizing a share swap and equity funding model. This investment aims to facilitate the development of an Augmented Reality (AR) app and advanced technologies, with the overarching goal of globally transforming smart restaurants. Similarly, Deliver.sg has committed SGD 250,000 to HomeRadius, an app streamlining the hiring process for home service professionals. With Deliver.sg's support, HomeRadius aspires to revolutionize home management in Singapore and beyond, providing users with a convenient platform to connect with service providers.
