DocProcess Appoints Salim Sunderji as its New CEO, Plans Biz Expansion in US, UK, Mideast, India DocProcess, a Romanian business process automation firm names Salim Sunderji as its chief executive officer. This initiative has been taken to aid the company’s expansion in the United States, the United Kingdom, the Middle East and India.

In a media release, the company has revealed that before joining DocProcess, Salim held assorted leadership roles at Thomson Reuter such as Chief Operating Officer, Chief Product Officer & Chief Financial Officer of the Corporates Division, Managing Director of Knowledge Solutions and Chief Strategy Officer of Tax & Accounting Division.

Commenting on his new role, Salim Sunderji says, "The increasing demand for tax compliance and transparency by governments worldwide presents a huge opportunity to redefine how businesses and public institutions work together through the transformation of their processes and interactions.”

DocProcess was established in 2005 by Liviu Apolozan and has more than 3,500 clients that include a wide range of international clients, it also has been associated with French retailers operating on the Romanian market such as Carrefour and Cora, and companies based all around Europe.

DocProcess builds digital cloud-based solutions that streamline and automate sales, logistics, financial and accounting processes inside business ecosystems of partners.

However, in 2019, DocProcess obtained its first round of financing from the Romanian private equity fund Morphosis Capital.
