The IWEI, developed by the Keshav Suri Foundation, Pride Circle, and Stonewall UK, serves as India's only comprehensive benchmarking tool for organizations to measure progress with regards to LGBT+ inclusion.

Now in its fifth year, participation from 150 companies showcased a growing commitment across diverse sectors to create equitable workplaces.
