He currently holds the position of Non-Executive Chairman at KFin Technologies Limited, a leading registrar and investor servicing entity in India, which recently made its debut on the public market in December 2022. Nair also offers his expertise as an advisor to TransUnion LLC, a globally renowned credit reporting agency, leveraging his extensive tenure as Chairman of Transunion CIBIL, India's largest Credit Bureau, spanning over a decade. Moreover, he provides advisory support to a selected portfolio of private equity and venture-backed firms.
Throughout his esteemed career, Mr. Nair has held significant positions in prominent financial institutions, including Chairman and Managing Director roles at Union Bank of India and Dena Bank. He also served as Chairman of SWIFT India Domestic Services Private Limited and the Indian Banks' Association, showcasing extensive expertise in the banking and financial services sector. His wealth of experience extends to committee memberships under the Ministry of Finance, Reserve Bank of India, Confederation of Indian Industry, and FICCI, emphasizing his involvement in critical financial matters.
