Genpact Names Jinsook Han as Chief Strategy and Corporate Development Officer
Genpact has appointed Jinsook Han to be the Chief Strategy and Corporate Development Officer. As a new Chief Strategy and Corporate Development Officer, Han will report directly to the company's President and CEO, Balkrishan 'BK' Kalra and spearhead all the strategies and investments made by the company, including ventures and acquisitions.
Working as a cloud, engineering, data & AI partner at PwC, Han was instrumental in shaping and advising large transformations for clients.
Prior to PwC, she was the chief strategy officer of the Applied Intelligence Business at Accenture. In this role, she refreshed growth strategies, incubated new businesses, managed R&D funding, expanded strategic partnerships and increased acquisitions. Han also held executive strategy and technology roles at AIG and McKinsey & Company.

Genpact has been expanding its leadership roles for a while now. In August, the company named Sanjeev Vohra as its first chief technology & innovation officer. In April, it appointed its Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), Piyush Mehta, as the Country Manager for India, signaling the company’s deepening commitment to innovation, growth, and talent development in the region.
