Giesecke+Devrient Appoints Hemlata Goel as Head of HR for India Operations

Giesecke+Devrient (G+D), a global leader in security technology, has appointed Hemlata Goel as Head of Human Resources for its India operations. With over 20 years of diverse HR experience, Goel has a proven track record in HR transformation, mergers and acquisitions integration, business turnaround strategies, organizational effectiveness, and leading global shared services.

Before joining Giesecke+Devrient, Goel served as Director of HR for Asia Operations and Global Back Office at Whirlpool Corporation, where she led HR operations across multiple geographies. Her career spans various industries, including tenures at Axtria-Ingenious Insights, SHL (formerly Gartner), Alcon, WNS Global Services, and InterContinental Hotels. She holds an MBA in Human Resources from Pune University, a Post-Graduate degree in Business Analytics and Decision Management from XLRI Jamshedpur, and has completed a leadership program from Harvard Business Publishing.
