Google Services Suffer Global Outage! Gmail Youtube & Other Services are Down

User from India and several other countries have suffered an outage on the services and applications that uses Google such as Google Contacts, Docs, Drive, Gmail, YouTube, and more they are not working in Indian and several other countries that include the US, European countries and more and has been displaying an error message.

Downdetector, an online platform that offers users real-time information on the functioning status of websites states that YouTube appears to have faced the brunt of the outage, with over 24,000 cases being reported from 5:42 pm IST. Furthermore, it has also displayed a massive spike in the reports against Google services for the people in various countries such as India, Spain, Sweden, Germany, and the USA. Google's own tracker for its services does not seem to be reflecting the outage.

With on comment on the outage from Google, Youtube states, "We are aware that many of you are having issues accessing YouTube right now our team is aware and looking into it. We'll update you here as soon as we have more news."

Services like Google Classroom as well as the Play Store - the hub of Android applications - have also been reported to malfunction. Some users have indicated that YouTube, of all other Google services, can be accessed on incognito mode/private modes of browsers. Using this mode, the browser disables itself from recording any user's browsing history. This anomaly has only been observed for YouTube, and not for other services.

Certain users are not able to use Google's search engine as well which seems to be displaying a 400 error message. The message on the screen reads, "The server cannot process the request because it is malformed. It should not be retried."
