Harshvardhan Nawathe has been appointed as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of JSW Foundation, where he will lead the organization’s strategic vision and oversee its diverse social initiatives across India. In his new role, Harshvardhan will work closely with the Chairperson and Board of Directors to drive the Foundation's growth and ensure the success of its impactful community programs.

With over 20 years of experience in the social sector, Harshvardhan has led large-scale projects in areas such as renewable energy, education, child rights, gender equality, and skill development. Previously serving as Chief Operating Officer (COO), he managed operations across multiple locations and implemented numerous community-based initiatives. 

His extensive expertise in corporate social responsibility (CSR) and sustainability, coupled with leadership roles at organizations like NatWest Group and Welspun Group, positions him well to steer JSW Foundation’s mission of community empowerment and sustainable development.
