HR veteran V Krishnan joins Havells India as its new Chief Human Resource Officer. Krishnan holds over three decades of experience. He has served as executive director – HR at Dabur India for over 16 years where played an important role in the management committee and was responsible for driving transformational excellence through strategic interventions in collaboration with key stakeholders for India and SAARC.

Krishnan holds an MBA from the Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi. He began his career as an assistant engineer with Sona Koyo Steering Systems and moved the ladder up to being appointed the CHRO of Havells India.

An engineering graduate from Aligarh Muslim University, Krishnan is known for his organizational awareness and deep business insights. These experiences will help him drive Havells India to great heights.
