HCLTech Appoints Arjun Sethi as Chief Growth Officer

HcltechHCLTech has appointed Arjun A Sethi as Chief Growth Officer for strategic segments, including government and global private equity. The company said in a filing with BSE that the IIM alumnus joins HCLTech after a stint of 2.5 decades at consulting firm Kearney, where he served as senior partner and vice chair of digital transformation. 

This is the second change at top level at the firm after its former chief financial officer, Prateek Aggarwal, quit for opportunities outside the firm in August this year. IT major appointed Shiv Walia as its new CFO with effect from the close of business on September 6, 2024.

He will report directly to the CEO of HCLTech C Vijayakumar. Added the filing, "Based in New York, Sethi will leverage his deep industry experience to bring HCLTech's engineering-led technology portfolio, digital services, and differentiated GenAI solutions to these high-growth segments, drawing on his expertise in digital and business transformation".

Sethi has wide international experience across America, Middle East and APAC in government and private equity as well as financial services.
