Hexaware Teams Up with upGrad Enterprise to Enhance Gen AI Skills Among Employees

HexawareHexaware Technologies, a prominent IT services and solutions provider, has announced a new partnership with upGrad Enterprise, the corporate training and workforce development arm of upGrad. This collaboration is set to advance the generative AI (Gen AI) skills of Hexaware’s staff through specialized training programs.

The partnership will see Hexaware and upGrad working together to train over 100 employees as Gen AI architects. This program aims to equip participants with the knowledge and tools necessary to develop solutions and tackle complex business challenges using Gen AI technologies. The goal is to help Hexaware’s clients achieve their objectives by utilizing state-of-the-art AI tools.

Selection for the Gen AI architect program will be highly selective. Candidates will be chosen based on their technical expertise and programming experience. The program targets employees at certain levels, particularly those in technical architect roles. To qualify, candidates must have demonstrated exceptional performance over the past two years and completed both the Gen AI Foundation and Gen AI Advanced courses. Experience with deep learning and natural language processing (NLP) is also preferred. The program will offer a combination of instructor-led sessions and online learning modules to ensure thorough training.
