IBS Software appoints Ashish Nanda as its new Chief Financial Officer

Recently, Kerala-based SaaS technology provider IBS Software, for the travel industry, has appointed Ashish Nanda as Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

Anand Krishnan, CEO of IBS Software, states, “Ashish is a highly experienced technology industry CFO and an incredibly capable global leader. His experience in handling business transformation focussed on SaaS and his proven track record of prudent financial controls, building winning teams and operating with stellar corporate governance will be an invaluable asset to IBS Software.  IBS software manages mission-critical operations for patrons in the aviation, tour, cruise & hospitality industries and has been budding to enlarge B2B and B2C platforms, which would exploit Ashish’s skills as he detained finance leadership positions at NIIT Ltd, a leading Skills and Talent Development Company, presenting training and development solutions to Individuals, Enterprises, and Institutions. 

Ashish previously served as CFO of Nucleus Software, a BSE/NSE listed banking software company, where he was a key member of the leadership team responsible for driving business transformation and value creation. It is this experience that keeps him in good stead as he kick-starts IBS Soft’s future endeavours in the global market.
