In higher education, only 15% of institutions offer formal mentorship programs, leaving many students without guidance. Women face even bigger gaps, with 63% never having had a mentor. Research shows mentorship improves career growth for 70% of men and 63% of women while also reducing negative life outcomes by 46%, Despite nearly 70% of young Indians wanting a mentor, access remains limited. Recognizing these challenges, India Mentorship has launched this campaign to provide structured mentorship, skills training, and digital learning tools tailored to help students navigate their educational journeys. The funds raised will directly support scholarships, 

career guidance workshops, and online learning programs designed to equip young minds with the skills necessary for higher education and meaningful employment.
