He has actively represented some of India’s biggest fintech, e-Commerce, retail entities and startups, and has executed various large and complex mergers and acquisitions, including private equity, venture capital
investments, joint venture collaboration, and outsourcing requirements. He has also been advising various startups and investors both private equity and venture capital on their investments in India.

IppoPay is a seed-funded company and has raised $2.1 million from Coin base Ventures, Better Capital, and Blume Founders Fund. The round also saw participation from Madhu R and Prabhu R-founders of M2P Fintech, Kumar S, CEO of Fego, Archana Priyadarshini, partner at PointOne Capital, Sailesh Ramanakrishna, partner at Rocketship VC, and Kuberan M- YC angel investor.
