Kingshuk Das Appointed Director of People & Culture at IPM India

IPM India, the Indian affiliate of Philip Morris International, has appointed Kingshuk Das as Director of People & Culture. With more than 16 years of experience, he brings extensive expertise in strategic and operational HR, playing a key role in driving sustainable and inclusive growth as part of IPM India's transformational journey.

PMI has recently ranked among the top 10 companies in the WSJ Management Top 250 Annual Company Ranking. Additionally, IPM India has earned the Equal Salary certification and has been recognized with the Great Place to Work and Top Employer certifications for three and five years, respectively.

Kingshuk's association with PMI began in 2012. Over the years, he moved across roles - People & Culture Commercial in India, Talent Management in Hong Kong, and People & Culture Commercial role in Australia. In his last role, he was partnering with the Global Operations organization, at Philip Morris Operational Centre, Switzerland.
