Leo Xie-Lei Takes the Reins of Kemin Industries as its President for Kemin AquaScience

Kemin Industries, a global ingredient manufacturer that strives to sustainably transform the quality of life with its products & services, appoints Leo Xie-Lei as President of Kemin AquaScience - its global business unit that serves the aquaculture industry with sustainable solutions as it shifts from wild-catch to farmed fish & shrimp. Leo succeeds the first president of Kemin AquaScience, KP Philip, who continues to lead strategic projects for Kemin Industries.

Netherlands, Xie-Lei spent the last decade in leadership positions in the nutrition & food industry. Prior to joining Kemin, he served as President of Asia Pacific for Royal DSM NV's Food Specialty Business Group. He has also held several senior positions with DSM in the Asia Pacific region, Europe and China.

Joining Kemin in the late 2018 as its Chief Commercial Officer, Leo has also served as its regional director for China, building the Kemin AquaScience business there from the ground up.
