MakeMyTrip's corporate travel solution division, myBiz, has disclosed its intention to collaborate with Zoho to simplify corporate travel and streamline expense management for businesses operating in various industries. The company stated in an official release that this strategic partnership aims to enhance operational efficiencies at the backend, providing businesses with the capability to effortlessly handle their travel, expense, and governance requirements.

Raj Rishi Singh, Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Business Officer of Corporate at MakeMyTrip, expressed the collaborative goal with Zoho, stating, "Our aim is to offer a comprehensive suite seamlessly integrated with existing systems, catering to businesses of all sizes". Through this service, companies utilizing the integration can initiate travel requests from Zoho Expense, selecting preferred flights and hotels. Once approved, myBiz takes over, handling the booking and payment management processes to simplify the entire procedure.

In its statement, myBiz claimed to have developed customized solutions to cater to the diverse needs of businesses across industries and scales, optimizing these processes. Sivaramakrishnan Iswaran, Global Head of Zoho Finance and Operations Suite, highlighted the increasing demand for better ways to optimize travel expenses and the challenges businesses face in managing travel as a separate and siloed functional area due to a lack of efficient tools.
