One of the leading providers of global employment, HireRight has appointed Marcellus Solomon as the General Manager of the company. It is said that the employment screening service market is expected to grow to $5.45 billion by 2025 from $3.74 billion in 2016. With this appointment, Marcellus will be responsible in leading strategic growth to the company and also to play a key role in HireRight’s development and growth across India.

With an experience of more than 20 years in strategy planning, business development, key account management and national sales, Marcellus has also more than six years of experience in background screening industry.

Prior to HireRight, he has worked for First Advantage, Quest Diagnostics, Kelly Services in several lead roles and he was crucial in developing product and services enhancements for candidates and optimizing the hiring lifecycle for employees and HR professionals.
