MediaMedia.Monks India is strengthening its leadership with the appointment of Atif Rahman for heading client relationships. The vision is to drive growth across brands in India through innovative technology and creative solutions that will seal Media.Monks's leading position in the fast-changing digital world.

He brings with himself more than 21 years of industry experience to Media.Monks. Previously, at Cheil, he led the marquee Samsung India business and played a key role in consolidating the Coca-Cola business under the WPP umbrella at Ogilvy. His rich expertise in handling marquee accounts is believed to further strengthen Media.Monks' client engagement and service offerings.

"With Atif on board, Media.Monks India is fully charged to deliver tech-first solutions and creative excellence. Brands and consumers are very rapidly adapting to a social, digital, AI-empowered world. Our unique approach styles and powers the force of creativity and technology to give brands that edge in this dynamic environment", commented Robert Godinho, Managing Director, Media.Monks India, as Rahman comes on board the team. Innovations like Monks.Flow leverage AI and data to make efficiency gains and campaign effectiveness improvements of up to 70%.

The appointment has come at a time when Media.Monks India is looking to expand its leadership. The company recently brought on board Robert Godinho as Managing Director. He will oversee a combined entity that will bring the client-centric service office and the creative technology-led content hub under a single management system. This will help drive greater efficiency in operations and creation for integrated solutions for clients across both offices.

I'm most excited about being part of this exciting industry evolution at Media.Monks," said Rahman. "From an AI-driven and personalized industry to social-first strategies, the basic objectives of building resolute brands, acquiring new consumers, and driving sales are still the same. How we do it is by adapting to evolving digital interactions, leveraging data and AI for problem-solving and harmonization of work streams in brand inspiration worldwide". I look forward to combining creativity, data, media, and technology in a bid to revolutionize how brands engage with the world.

Leadership expansion, done earlier this year, comprises the key appointments of Shouvik Roy for Business Transformation, elevation of John Paite as Chief Creative Officer, and Soven Mandal as Executive Creative Officer. These elevations showcase the company's ambition toward building strong India operations, aligning with the changing needs of the market.

India is an important operation for Media.Monks not only in APAC but within our global network", said Matthew Godfrey, EVP APAC at Media.Monks. "This office is one of our central hubs of excellence in creativity, production, and technology. The strategic muscle assembled here in India will be a big win for our entire network".
