Assocham, one of India’s apex trade associations appointed Dr. Niranjan Hiranandani, Founder & MD, Hiranandani Group as its Senior Vice President. The announcement was made at the Annual Day Celebrations held at Delhi and new managing committee was reconstructed. By taking over as the Senior Vice President for Assocham, he will be ensuring that the real estate industry can hold its head high as the industry is booming at a vast pace.

Dr. Niranjan is known as the ‘Builder Extraordinaire’ and responsible for changing the skyline of Mumbai. He has held senior positions in various industry bodies such as, President – CREDAI – Maharashtra Chamber of Housing Industry; Chairman – Real Estate & Infrastructure Committee & Past President of Indian Merchants Chamber (IMC); Advisor of the Real Estate Committee of Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce & Industry (FICCI); Former Chairman of Advisory Council of Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Association of India (CREDAI). He holds vital positions in several government bodies, private and social institutions, schools and colleges and also runs 17 colleges, two hospitals, among other organizations.
