Yalochat, an AI-based CRM platform, appoints Nitin Sundar Mirchandani as the CEO of Yalochat India and Southeast Asia. He will directly work with Javier Mata, the Founder & CEO of Yalochat.

Nitin possesses more than two decades of experience in the field of technology. He is expected to drive Yalochat’s momentum in India with a growing number of organizations and brands using its chat- based customer engagement solutions. Nitin will also be responsible for building the engineering, sales and marketing teams to further strengthen and promote its products.

Before joining Yalochat, Nitin was associated with LinkedIn and has spent nearly 19 years of his career with Microsoft, handling the business leadership roles. He accelerated the adoption of emerging cloud technologies and drove the revenue growth. Nitin has been steadfastly focusing on driving transformational growth strategies for enterprises by providing them new solutions. Furthermore, he has also incubated new products across the industries and built market share.
