With a rich legacy from Mahindra Holidays and Tata entities including Taj Group of Hotels, Croma Retail, Tata Global Beverages, and Tata Coffee, she brings a wealth of experience in Human Resources Strategy, Culture Transformation, Org. Redesign, Learning & Development, HR Tech, Business Excellence, and Organizational Development.

Gidwani holds a Master's in Human Resource Development & Management from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS), Mumbai, and has completed the Executive Leadership Program at the Michigan Ross School of Business. With a proven track record, she specializes in designing and executing HR strategies, leading change management initiatives, organization design, HR technology transformation, and capability building, all aimed at aligning with business goals and driving measurable results.
