Reliance Retail elevates Shathi Sharma as its new Vice President - Human Resources.

Shathi brings in more than 18 years of experience having built business and HR teams. Joining Reliance Retail, she was working with Dixcy Textiles as CHRO for three years.

She was also linked with multinational telecommunications company Telenor as HR Head Circle. At Telenor, she was responsible for building, motivating and retaining manpower and worked internationally in the US and Dubai.

Her earlier assignments include Head - HR at Landmark Group; Retail HR at Madura Fashion & Lifestyle; Manager at Emirates NBD; and Associate at General Electric.

Sharma completed her MBA from Delhi University, and EPLM from Indian Institute of Management, Kolkata.
