Schaeffler India Appoints Shibi Mathew as Head of HR and CSR
Schaeffler India, a prominent motion technology company, announced the appointment of Shibi Mathew as the new Head of Human Resources and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).
In this capacity, Mathew will oversee essential HR functions and CSR programs for Schaeffler India, as part of the Executive Leadership Team, strengthening the company's dedication to promoting a culture of innovation, inclusivity, and sustainable growth, according to a statement.
Mathew comes with 22 years of experience in strategic and operational HR along with a strong track record in pivotal leadership roles. She has expertise in building high-performing teams, coupled with her proficiency in Shared Services, Digitalization, Global Mobility, HR Analytics, and Diversity & Inclusion, as per the statement.

Mathew holds a Master’s degree in Personnel Management, along with a Diploma in Labour Law and a Diploma in Executive Leadership CORE, with a focus on Business Analytics, Financial Accounting, and Economics.
