Schbang Names Dipshika Ravi as NCD, Digital
Schbang has announced the appointment of Dipshika Ravi as the new National Creative Director (NCD), Digital for West & North. With 17 years of experience in the advertising industry, Ravi brings extensive expertise in creating impactful stories and innovative campaigns for some of the world's leading brands.
In her new role, Ravi will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing Schbang's creative vision, leading a talented team of creatives to drive innovation, strategy, and excellence. She will ensure that the agency's work resonates deeply with audiences across India and globally.
Ravi is a respected leader in the industry, named one of India's Top 40 Creative Leaders and featured in the 'Top 40 Under 40' by e4m and Social Samosa. She has also earned the title of 'Superwoman' from Social Samosa. Over her career, Ravi has led more than 600 digital campaigns for global brands such as PepsiCo, Singapore Tourism Board, HDFC Life, MakeMyTrip, Mahindra Auto, Godrej, Kellogg's, and Canon. Her work has won over 80 national and international awards, and she has been a juror on several prestigious global and Indian panels.
Before joining Schbang, Ravi held senior creative roles at agencies such as Creativeland Asia, Hungama (a WPP company), iProspect, and LS Digital.
