She has been linked with Luminous Power Technologies for additional than seven years now. She connected the company in 2014 as Assistant General Manager HR before reaching heights.

Prior to her career, Deepti has worked with STEL as Head Talent Acquisition & Talent Management; Bharti Airtel as HR Professional and HCL Technologies as Senior Executive HR. Deepti hold an MBA from Shivaji University and GMP from IIM Lucknow.
