SIDBI ropes Sudatta Mandal as its new Deputy Managing Director
Sudatta Mandal has been elevated as the Deputy Managing Director of Small Industries Development Bank of India's (SIDBI). The engagement is for a time of 3 years.
Proceeding to this, Sudatta Mandal was the former Chief General Manager of EXIM Bank. He has over 25 years of professional occurrence in international trade and investment finance, project finance, structured lending, SME lending, including cluster financing, and trade finance.
Small Industries Development Bank of India is the zenith authoritarian body in India for generally regulation and licensing of microfinance institutions in India. It is functioning under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Finance, Government of India headquartered at Lucknow and having its offices all over the country.
Sudatta is a B-Tech graduate in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management with specialization in Finance from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.
