Siddhartha Juneja Appointed as E-Commerce Director at NIVEA India
NIVEA India is excited to announce the appointment of Siddhartha Juneja as its new E-Commerce Director, effective January 2, 2025. With over 15 years of experience in the FMCG and retail sectors, Siddhartha is an accomplished leader in e-commerce and omnichannel growth strategies.
Throughout his career, Siddhartha has held key leadership positions at companies such as Mondelez, Flipkart, and Kellogg's, where he played a pivotal role in driving e-commerce growth, sales, and marketing initiatives. Most recently, as Head of Omni Channel at Mondelez, he successfully scaled the company’s e-commerce and modern trade operations, focusing on data analytics, content, assortment, activation, and media. His leadership led to sustained commercial success and growth for the channel. At Flipkart, Siddhartha was instrumental in shaping the Grocery Business Unit strategy, enhancing pricing, assortment, merchandising, and performance marketing, contributing to Flipkart’s dominance in the grocery segment.
In his new role, Siddhartha will lead NIVEA’s e-commerce strategies to advance digital capabilities and accelerate growth in the online skincare market. He will focus on leveraging emerging digital opportunities to expand NIVEA’s presence and build stronger consumer relationships.
