The global digital marketing and customer service outsourcer SYKES opened its fourth centre in Hyderabad. Located at Laxmi Infobahn (LIB) in the Kokapet area, this huge workspace of close to 44,000 sq. ft. will be its sixth site in the country and the second space it has opened since the lockdown began. This expansion adds another 500- seats to its existing team of 2,000 employees, accommodating its rapidly growing workforce in the country.

All SYKES sites follow the global safety practices within the premises. Thus, the new site prioritizes zoning to comply with the on-going requirement of social distancing.
