Tata Technologies Appoints Geena Binoy as New CHRO

TataTata Technologies has announced the appointment of Geena Binoy as its Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). This new role was confirmed in a recent statement from the global engineering and product development digital services firm.

Binoy, who has been a key part of the company’s executive leadership team and oversees global delivery for digital enterprise solutions (DES), will now lead Tata Technologies' human resources strategy. Her responsibilities will include managing the talent supply chain, focusing on talent development, and supporting the company’s expansion plans. She will also work on initiatives to enhance learning, foster innovation, and promote inclusivity within the organization.

Warren Harris, CEO and Managing Director of Tata Technologies, expressed his confidence in Binoy’s appointment, stating, “As we move into a new era of growth and innovation, we aim to build a culture that aligns with our organizational ambitions. Geena's leadership will ensure our people strategy is well-positioned for the next stage of our growth”.

With over 30 years of experience in the manufacturing and technology sectors, Binoy is well-equipped for her new role. She remarked, “I look forward to advancing the strong foundation laid by Pawan Bhageria and ensuring our teams continue to evolve, innovate, and deliver outstanding value to our clients”.
