Telenor Connexion Promotes Seth Ryding as its Chief Sales Officer for APAC Region

Telenor Connexion, a specialized IoT company from the Telenor Group, announces Seth Ryding as its Chief Sales Officer for the APAC region. In his new role, Seth will be responsible for the leadership of Telenor Connexion’s team in APAC. He is also expected to source new business in the region and support in developing the already established customer portfolio. Besides, Seth will also hold a position in management’s team, and will report to Mats Lundquist, CEO of Telenor Connexion.Speaking of the appointment, Mats says, “As Head of Region Asia Pacific, Seth has successfully managed Telenor Connexion’s operations in APAC for over two years and during that time has helped enable our operations to grow throughout the region.”

He adds, “Seth takes on this new role at a time when Telenor Connexion in APAC is well positioned for continued growth. With this new appointment, the team throughout the region is fully geared towards leveraging on the significant market opportunities that exist there now and in the future.”

Before presuming his new role, Seth has been serving as the head of Asia Pacific Region at Telenor Connexion since 2017. Prior to that, he has held various positions within sales, marketing and operations in Sweden and Myanmar for the Telenor Group. While serving in these positions, Seth has helped customers transform their operations by fully leveraging on the benefits of digital, fixed and mobile technologies as well as IoT.

In the forth coming years, APAC is expected to become the top market in IoT adoption, as the region scales up the use of connected devices in key sectors. The creation of the new Chief Sales Officer role for APAC region would ensure Telenor Connexion’s best service in the region and its customers.

With this new appointment, the team throughout the region is fully geared towards leveraging on the significant market opportunities that exist there now and in the future.
