T-Hub Announced a Strategic Collaboration With Berkadia To Drive Innovation And Growth
To promote innovation, growth, and information sharing in the Indian startup ecosystem, T-Hub, India's top innovation ecosystem, today announced its partnership with Berkadia, a top commercial real estate firm. For the duration of the two-year duration of this collaboration, Berkadia will actively participate in the T-Hub membership programme.
As a result of the partnership, Berkadia will have access to T-Hub's broad startup network. The relationship-building process will be based on aspects of mentoring, networking, proofs of concept, pitch analysis, design evaluations, business reviews, technical discoveries, and market analysis that will all contribute to changing the Commercial Real Estate industry and, eventually, creating value. With other business partners and startups, this will present beneficial networking chances and knowledge exchange opportunities.
Contrarily, T-Hub's entrepreneurs will have access to Berkadia's startup network based on their areas of specialisation, opening doors for collaboration and perhaps even company growth.
During the two-year collaboration time, the programme seeks to connect at least 40–56 entrepreneurs with Berkadia. Sensitization sessions, scouting, screening, evaluating, curated marketing campaigns, outreach, a call for applications, qualified jury members, and a pitch day are all included in the programme. The programme will encourage collaboration between Berkadia and startups by giving them a forum to present their solutions, hence promoting growth and development.
Mahankali Srinivas Rao (MSR), CEO, T-Hub, said, "We are delighted to work with Berkadia to promote innovation and entrepreneurship. Through this alliance, we aim to connect our startups with Berkadia's network and resources, enabling them to collaborate and create new opportunities. We look forward to working with Berkadia and achieving our shared goals of driving growth and development."
