The collaboration involves an import and distribution agreement intending to utilize Emil Frey's wide-reaching distribution channels and deep understanding of the European market. This move underscores a substantial step in TVS Motor Company's global expansion plan.

Sudarshan Venu, the Managing Director of TVS Motor Company, underscored the significance of the partnership by stating, “This alliance with Emil Frey is a pivotal stride in our global expansion blueprint. Europe holds pivotal importance for us, and through this collaboration, we aim to bring our innovative products closer to European consumers”. Venu highlighted the shared values of both entities, emphasizing their dedication to responsible and sustainable mobility and customer care. Emil Frey Group, a long-standing entity with a century-long legacy in automotive distribution, stands as one of Europe's leading importers and retailers of automobiles. Under this partnership, various Emil Frey Group entities will oversee the distribution of TVS products in selected nations, leveraging their sales, marketing, and service networks.

The range of TVS Motor products slated for the European market includes Jupiter 125, NTORQ, Raider, iQube S, Ronin, Apache RR 310, and Apache RTR 310. TVS Motor Company currently operates in over 80 countries across Asia, Africa, and Latin America. Export business constitutes around 25 percent of the company’s overall operations in the first half of the present fiscal year. This foray into the European market represents a significant achievement for TVS Motor Company, capitalizing on Emil Frey’s established presence and expertise in the region. The collaboration positions both companies as century-old establishments committed to advancing responsible and sustainable mobility solutions.
