S Mahalingam has stepped down as Chairman, effective August 29, 2023, after serving two terms as an Independent Director.

Furthermore, TVS SCS, a subsidiary of the TVS Mobility Group, announced the appointment of K. Ananth Krishnan and Narayan K. Seshadri to its Board of Directors as additional Independent Directors. With this appointment, the new Board of Directors will have five independent members. S.
