Union Cabinet Approves Metro Connectivity In Gurugram
The region's real estate market will benefit from the Union Cabinet's approval of metro connectivity from HUDA City Centre to Cyber City in Gurgaon, according to specialists in the field.
The central government has approved the construction of a 28.50 km line with 27 stations. The project will cost Rs 5,452 crore to complete in its entirety.
"This development has great promise, especially for the area's real estate market, which would benefit greatly from the increased infrastructure around the Dwarka Motorway and New Gurgaon. Starting this metro network will open up a lot of investment opportunities and lead to job creation, according to Pradeep Aggarwal, founder and chairman of Signature Global (India) Ltd.
The project is expected to be finished four years after it has been approved, and it will be carried out by the Harayana Mass Rapid Transport Corporation Limited (HMRTC), which will be established as a 50:50 Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) of the Governments of India and Haryana following the issuance of the approval order.
"The Central Peripheral Road along the Dwarka Motorway has experienced amazing growth over the past few years. The demand for residential properties is anticipated to increase further from end users and investors alike as the Dwarka Motorway project nears completion and metro connectivity is announced, according to Mohit Jain, managing director of Krisumi Corporation.
