UST Global’s Semiconductor business delivers services such as end-to-end engineering and technology that supports the whole silicon lifestyle. With the partnership from SeviTech, UST Global will now be able to cater the large demand from international semiconductor manufacturers. It will maintain SeviTech as an independent entity and positioning it further as an expert in pre-silicon engineering service business.
