ValueLabs, a global technology services provider, acquires Indi Design, which is one of the most iconic design houses in India. With this acquisition, the firm's offering in the solutions segment expands to include brand & business consulting. Its clients now get access to Indi Design's offerings of brand thinking along with a comprehensive design background.

Ideated in 2009 by Sudhir Sharma, Indi Design is very well known for its brand design work for Bajaj Auto, ICICI Bank, Bajaj Finserv, and Varroc. With partner offices in Shanghai, Sao Paulo, Hanoi and Riyadh, the company has been increasingly involved in management consulting, organizational design, and the design of products, services, environments & digital experiences. Moreover, the organization also publishes India's only design magazine Pool / Design India and hosts the India's Best Design Awards.
