Veefin Group Strengthens Leadership Team with Two Key Appointments to Drive Growth
Veefin Group, aiming to become the global leader in working capital technology, has announced the appointments of Gitesh Karnik as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) and Saurabh Kanwar as Chief Brand & Marketing Officer (CBMO). In their new roles, Gitesh will focus on optimizing HR strategies to improve employee engagement and performance, while Saurabh, with over 25 years of media and marketing experience, will work on enhancing Veefin Group’s brand presence and driving innovative marketing initiatives across the organization.
Saurabh Kanwar has held senior leadership positions at major media companies such as Star, Viacom, and Disney. Renowned for creating iconic content like MTV Roadies and Channel [v] Get Gorgeous, Saurabh’s expertise in brand innovation and content solutions makes him a strong fit to lead Veefin Group’s brand strategy. His recent entrepreneurial ventures include consulting for enterprise BFSI clients and co-founding Flarepath, an independent content and digital marketing agency. At Veefin Group, Saurabh will focus on strengthening the brand identity, crafting compelling narratives, and expanding its influence in various markets.
Gitesh Karnik, a seasoned HR leader with over 20 years of experience, will oversee the transformation of human resources and talent strategy across Veefin Group. Having held key roles such as Chief People Officer at leading fintech firms, as well as the senior HR positions at Tata Capital and Magma Fincorp, Gitesh brings a wealth of expertise in creating performance frameworks, fostering high-engagement workplaces, and leading strategic HR initiatives. At Veefin Group, he will focus on building a strong HR infrastructure, promoting talent development, and implementing innovative HR practices to support the company’s growth.
